Hey Folks, after being in Maine for many years, finally took the leap and tried the lobster roll at Governor's for their June Birthday Celebration Month. As you will see in the photos, I could only go with a Naked Lobster Roll, meaning nothing on...More

Breakfast was good, huge pancakes, eggs, sausage and cinnamon toast were good. Home fries were just fried potatoes. Waitress was nice but never came by the table to see if everything was OK or to refill the coffee.

Ordered breakfast on-line, blueberry pancakes, french toast, home fries, coffee, bacon & sausage patties. Everything was great! Coffees came large but plain. Good thing I got a milk. Real maple syrup too!

This restaurant has daily specials and my wife and I went on 5 dollar burger night. The burger and fries were very good but the made on premises blueberry crumb pie was delicious. Great place for family at reasonable prices.

Very disappointed that I just couldn't eat any dessert. All look delicious, but we were stuffed. Waitress was pleasant and food arrived quickly...More

When most people come to Maine, the first thing they want is lobster. Don't get it at Governor's. The lobster itself is okay and they don't use a lot of filler (mayo and celery), but they place less than 1/2 cup of the lobster on...More

My wife and I have eaten here before, but the homemade sweets like whoopie pies, and other goodies are the heart and soul of your restaurant. Not good for my waistline, but yummy.
