Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

I definitely love the Panini concept. I guess I just wish for the price you’d be getting more on the sandwich. My turkey Panini was pretty good, but again not a lot of turkey. The gluten-free BLT, for some reason was just full of Greese...or some other watery liquid. My wife only ate half of it and threw out the balance. But for two sandwiches, One smoothie, no chips and a tip, close to $50. I mean at least throw in a bag of chips for the price.Seemed more than a tad high.More

There were not a lot of tables here. Small restaurant in downtown Bangor. It was pleasant and quiet here for lunch. Had a sandwich and chips and a drink. It was alright, nothing great however.

The table service is almost non-existent, but the food quality if very high, so on average it's a call for a repeat visit! They make their own bread, brownies, ice cream, etc. We had the reuben sandwich, which we split - it was big enough!...On this particular day, they had "Pickle Soup" which they gladly described in detail - although we didn't order it. We thought it was a vegan restaurant, but in the end they had dairy and meat products (hence the reuben sandwich). The location, in the Historica Downtown part of Bangor, is neat, with many 'local' kinds of shops from the old days.More

I stopped in for breakfast looking for healthy vegetarian food. This place was perfect. There are plenty of options for both veg and non-veg. The atmosphere feels good just walking in the door. I had avocado toast and a super green juice. Both were very...tasty and fresh. There’s plenty of seating and the staff are friendly.More

This was our first time eating here and the vegan food was fantastic!! All they needed was some music playing. Kinda felt like a cafeteria without it.

Apparently this has changed hands since the last time I was in there and unfortunately out of the four vegan dishes that we ordered, all 4 of them were tasteless. It's unfortunate when a restaurant offers vegan options but they do not know how to...flavor the dishes. I do not recommend them for vegan options anymore. For example, I ordered the Santa Fe salad. I literally felt like I was a rabbit in a field chewing on grass greens. Also, I've never eaten "fake meat" in true vegan cuisine. 😖 I don't believe that being vegan means you have to have the bland, tasteless food. The smoothie was good, but that's it. Unfortunately, I won't be returning.More

Stopped by this cafe, staff all standing around and no one serving us. Had the 2 soups, really bland with a little piece of stale bread. Give this place a miss!

Fork and spoon had some very healthy food like tots and wild rice salad and Santa Fe chick’n salad and some devilous pastries and cookies. All are very good. They usually have three soup selections and I liked every one I tried. Good selection of...juices, etc. great lunch spot. Very pleasant staff.More

My friends and I went to lunch at this lovely establishment this week. Our focaccia sandwiches were the best we had ever consumed. I looked around at other diner's selections and the soups and salads looked very delicious, I overheard diners confirming this observation. The...dessert case was filled with delectable pastries, I was too full to order one, but I will definitely be dining there again to try more items.More

The ingredients are absolutely as high quality as a restaurant can use. The baked goods are second to none and the salads are exotic and fantastic. One of the best breakfast sandwiches in town, and the soups will change your life on a chilly day....Elizabeth doesn't like it when you try to order all of their fresh squeezed orange juice, but I can't blame her for not wanting to juice 200 oranges just for me every time I go in :) FYI - They have the best iced coffee in town, local Nitro brewed from the guy who runs the farmers market. DO NOT skip out on this restaurant if you are visiting or passing through!!More

I stopped in here today early afternoon for lunch. Plenty of open tables. Menu is limited but several options. Soup was outstanding- root veg with pumpkin. Order a coupe of pannini sandwiches. Forgot to add my bacon on my turkey sandwich. Several desserts to choose...from all look homemade. People appear to be friendly and the place is clean. I did lt order a salad but the survings are huge.More
