High prices and heaven forbid you want to substitute! Want a baked potato instead of fries? That'll be $3. Salad instead? $4. The place is always empty, so you'd think they would actually want your money!

On what should have been a busy Saturday, no one was there. That should have been the tip off. Shrimp in the gumbo was actually raw, but considering the gumbo was cold, not surprising. The Au Gratin Supreme was a salt fiesta of ranchero sauce with slab of melted cheese-food on top. Service was bad, a teenager (probably the owner's... More

I was in town on business, the hotel recommended Becca's. The food was good and prepared to order. I had the steak, with a side salad and this potato dish they seem to serve with most menu items. The steak was prepared as ordered, it could have been a better cut but was still tender. I did not eat the... More

Mikey was not thrilled to go in but the hand battered onion rings on the front chalk board helped. We ordered them immediately as we perused the menue items. They were perfectly fried, hot and thinly flakey like I like. Mikey ordered fried shrimp and I had the redfish. Lots of food, all good and the second filet was good... More

I like the chicken and sausage gumbo with toasted French bread. My husband enjoys the red fish barataria. There was a wonderful server there that made our visits a lot of fun. She is no longer there and we are not nearly as impressed any more. The last time we were there they were out of sweetener for the tea.... More

Went there for lunch today. 1 1/2 hours later we finally finished up. Service was very slow. Food took about 45 minutes to come out. They ran out of lettuce! Gumbo had no flavor and raw shrimp in it. Not impressed at all. A lot would need to change for me to return!

We had seen a review of the place but were a little nervous when we pulled up outside. Decided to go ahead and try it. Had two Corona's for $7.90, a bowl of chicken and sausage gumbo for $8.95 and a one pound chopped sirloin with excellent french fries for $9.95. More food than what we could eat and it... More

Wife and I was on that side of town on Friday night and wanted to grab a bite to eat so we decided to try out beccas. I ordered fried catfish plate and wife got stuffed shrimp plate. Both plates came with a large portion of food with bed of fries and side of jambalaya. Fried foods were cooked perfect... More

Good cajun seafood. I went there for two nights in a row and had two different dishes. Both were filling and tasty. This is a really nice place to take someone for a business dinner. Very good and attentive service! No WiFi, but otherwise a good deal :)

My hamburger patty was soooo big I had to eat it with a fork. Hamburger meat tasted great as did the French fries that came with it. I also had onion rings as an appetizer and they were not the usual. They also tasted great. My wife enjoyed her shrimp po-boy.
