I cannot say enough about how great this place is. Everything I've ever had here (and I've had a ton of things) is absolutely delicious. The service is great, the people friendly and helpful. The prices are a little steeper than most around the area, but it's so good! I love this place!

It's good to be home and great to have boiled spicy awesome crawfish. The food is really really good. Spiced just nicely.

At Steamboat Bills you order off an extensive menu and then go to a separate area to order and pick up your drinks. There is a limited selection of bottled beers, no wine, and no cocktails. As you would expect, the menu has a strong Cajun influence. The food was very good. The dining area is wide open and tables... More

Can you say "best boiled crawfish in the world" :) Nice cold beer with spicy crayfish, boiled potatoes and corn on the cob and a stuffed Pistolet on the side! Great seafood platters and many more things on the menu!

Ordered a crawfish etouffee. Was ok but had way too much rice. The large bowl I ordered was about 2/3's rice. Would not recommend it, unless you really like a lot of rice. All other dishes I've had there was good.

The shrimp etouffe was a bit salty but good, and a big platter of crawfish was nicely spiced. The salad was basic Romaine and bagged croutons, but this is a Cajun place, a cooking style not known for green vegetables. The service was fast- you order at a counter, find a table and in no time your meal's in front... More

Love this place. I had fried shrimp. Husband had the combo crawfish and shrimp. Both large portions and very good. We don't eat much fried food, but Bill's is a must when in Lake Charles.

One of my friends recommended this place to me as a good stopping point on the way back from Baton Rouge to Houston. I ordered the chicken and sausage gumbo and greatly enjoyed it. Although it was a little salty it was filled with tons of meat and had a nice kick to it. I will most likely go back... More

Not only is SBB situated across from Lake Charles but the food is phenomenal. I've had the shrimp gumbo (not spicy) the fish platter and the shrimp. It's all so good that I'm drooling now! They have a huge stuffed alligator as decor, so fitting for LA. Don't forget to take home their signature spice. I add it to everything.... More
