This place has nice atmosphere, great food and service. The dishes are pricey but I have to get the $11 bowl of crab corn and poblano soup anytime I'm in that area. It's served with a tortilla filled with crab and corn plus a cactus shaped corn fritter. Delicious!!!! Would definitely recommend to couples for date night or families.

We went here on a recommendation. Service is great, margaritas strong, and we had the mixed fajitas. Steak, Chicken & Shrimp with plenty of extras. We had lots of chips n salsa and some cheese dips that are very good! The night we had dinner we ate in the lounge to listen to live music. Very nice evening.

This use to be my favorite place to eat. The food and service were both very poor today. I will not be going back. I believe that there is a different management team there and they don't know what they are doing.

This restaurant has steadily been getting worse. We foolishly keep giving them a chance! Some in our party had fajitas and another ordered enchiladas. The steak of fajitas was fatty and poorly cooked. The sauce on enchiladas seemed like tomato paste straight from the can. This meal was such a disappointment. Some staff we encountered were very pleasant while others... More

Food is good. Service is hit or miss. Fajitas are really good especially the butter they give u to drip them in. Glad they have made it. Will be back soon

My favorite is the shrimp and crawfish chimichanga! It never fails to be amazing! The sauce they use is tasty and makes the whole thing better!

The Coyote Blues restaurant in Lafayette, Louisiana was recently renovated. A manager told me they wanted to completely remove the appearance of a Mexican restaurant, and they certainly succeeded. It looks nothing like a Mexican restaurant. It looks very nice, and has a somewhat upscale appearance. That being said, the menu, though extensive, is all Mexican. The food is excellent,... More

A take on "cajun-mexican", I've never had anything bad here. Great salsa. My favorite is the grits. Don't miss out on having a mexican martini. Yum-yum!

Was sadly disappointed entertaining customers. Order the chicken fajita salad and ut was just blah. Some else had the taco salad and almost sent it back. Just very lackluster for being the hqtrs for which all ither CB restaurants spawn. The restaurant was recently renovated and the salads need one as well.

This is Cajun-Mex at its finest. If you eat anywhere in Lafayette, this should be one of your stops. Personally I love the chimichangas, anyone of them is great.
