Quantity and quality of food were exceeded only by the service. Vela parmigiana and chicken cacciatore were delicious. The garlic bread was a little disappointing, but the entrees were great. Recommended to us by locals. Convenient to the airport. Would definitely come here again when we return to New Orleans.

The food was very good and overall the portions good. The salads were very small and minimal. I had the brisket which was good and tasted the stuffed shrimp, also very good. The lemon pie was excellent. As for the service it could have been better. Waiter was very spaciey.

Excellent food and Service! This restaurant does have a bar and it you would like to, you can eat at the bar. I personally recommend the soft shell crab special with the au gratin sauce. It is amazing. I also recommend the stuffed mushrooms as a starter.

Fried chicken was awesome. Cooked to perfection. Not a small plate.... Had leftovers. Excellent service. Great location. Ambiance nothing fancy.

This is a popular local seafood New Orleans restaurant. Almost everything we've tried has been delicious. I especially like the turkey dinner, stuffed mirlitons, shrimp & corn soup and bread pudding. Service is good too.

First time here, came with colleagues. Atmosphere food and service were all a plus! The stuffed mirlitons were divine and came with a side salad which was very fresh, and sweet potatoes. The eggplant stix appetizer did not disappoint either!!!

My pick this evening was the grilled pork chops with smothered cabbage. This choice was plentiful and delicious. My wife had the grilled shrimp plate which she said was pretty good but very much over priced. Their menu has one of the largest selections in the New Orleans area.

An aunt and I visited Mr. Ed’s (see picture for exterior) at about 6:00 on a Friday evening, and the place was filling up. We were seated by a table near a window on the east side and I ordered an Abita Amber draft and my aunt got iced tea. Our waiter brought the drinks and took our order, which... More
