Restaurant is popular - bar seating is available if you want to skip the wait list and this includes high top tables and chairs. Bar staff waits on the tables in this segregated area and are polished. Martini was on mark, tuna mouth watering, wine selection good.

I found the food to be just ok. I never hear of anyone I know eating here. I had a shrimp dinner and found it to just be ok. I had an out of state guest with me and he did not make much comment on his meal. It is low on places to plan to return too.

Once again Louisiana Lagniappe gave us one of the best dinners to be found in Baton Rouge. The Crawfish Etouffee is excellent (when available) and the fish almondine is wonderful. Sensation Salad is a specialty and is improved by asking for extra grated cheese to add to it. The twice cooked baked potato is to die for and can be... More

Thank you for dining with us and especially for taking the time to write a review. I agree our Crawfish Étouffée is one of my favorites as well. Only about two weeks left in this years crawfish season and it will be gone until next spring. Thanks again for your kind words and we look forward to seeing you again... More

Visited this establishment with a group of eight from my company for a management dinner. With a group this size, you sometimes almost expect the service to not quite be up to par, but not on this occasion. The server was just as attentive to each person in our group as if we were just a party of two. He... More

We had to wait a while to get seated, as we didn't have a reservation but the bar has good specials and service. The food and the service are excellent.

Thank you for waiting to dine with us, I hope it is always worth the wait! We tend to fill up right when we open and stay on a wait until 7:30 or 8:00, after that we tend to slow down and its much easier to get in. Again thanks for your patience. Thanks Kevin More

Food and service was outstanding. Unbelievably crowded for a weeknight and then we found out why. It is ALWAYS crowded because it is always worth the wait. We are from Texas and almost drove on by when we saw the place. SO VERY THANKFUL WE DIDN'T. I had the COCODRIE $32 and my husband had the TOURNEDOS $34. Both items... More

Thanks for taking the time to let others know about us! I am very happy you enjoyed the Cocodrie, we are one of very few restaurants serving soft-shell crawfish. The Cocodrie has been served at our restaurant since the early days in Destin. Thanks, Kevin More

A little pricey, but if you're in the mood to splurge this is the place to go. The menu is a bit limited, especially if you don't like fish, but we ordered some shrimp and crawfish dishes that were great. My son had the child's steak and he ate every bite! The crawfish was seasonal so they don't always have... More

The food was very good, it was crowed even at 1700. Appetizers were pricy but good. The food was excellent. The atmosphere was good but noisy in the eating area.

Had dinner here one night while in town on business. Had the Crevettes which was a fish filet covered with broiled shrimp and Hollandaise sauce. Was very tasty. Service was excellent as well. Prices are a bit high but not terrible.

This is the first time I did not wait long to be seated but it was earlier than I would normally eat. The food was fantastic. I had the Cochadrie which is a pannèd drum with a beurre blanc sauce with a soft shell crawfish on top. There are no reservations but the service and food are always worth the... More
