This place is adorable! The scone was still warm and was so tasty! The coffee was delicious. I will be back when I am back in town:)

I thought I would give this local coffee house a second try. The coffee was much better and service was fine. It's a cute little place in downtown Shelbyville. The locals go there for a cup of joe and conversation. If fact,I met a friendly couple while sipping a cup of coffee today. Hey, there are some nice antique shops... More

Ran into the Sixth and Main Coffeehouse by accident and decided to see what they had to offer. Upon entering from the street the smell of fresh coffee was just wonderful. The atmosphere is different and I think interesting and unique. There are a number of painting for sale on the walls (I think by local artist) and the menu... More

We have so many memories at 6th & Main - this is our go to spot after sledding for hot chocolate when the snow flies and school is cancelled. The Sixth & Main is NOTHING like a Starbucks - so if that is what you are after look elsewhere - 6th&Main Coffee always makes me think of one of those... More

After buying an antique nearby we stopped at this charming little spot in Shelbyville, however, the coffee is a bit weak and my wife's tea was way too spicy. We will give it another try in the future. This area is a great area for antique shopping plus here is a local winery in the vicinity.

I used to go this coffee shop some years ago when I first moved here. Recently went with my wife as she had been after me to take her there. BIG mistake. She had Latte and I had Cappuccino. Both were just so so. Way too much milk foam, likely 75% foam and 25% coffee. Further it looked like the... More

Finding a local place open for morning coffee in Shelbyville was a bit of a challenge, but we got lucky with Sixth & Main. Coffee was ok, but oh those blueberry scones were exceptional. Usually find scones dry in search of clotted cream. Lacking that, I selected a scone with a lemon icing. Though the icing was good, it was... More

I was in Shelbyville shopping with my daughters from Fisherville, Ky. and Jerome, Missouri. Tired, after hours of shopping, we stopped in at the 6th and Main Coffeehouse for a well-deserved break. The coffee smelled delicious and tasted just as good. We ordered pastries which were quite fresh and delicious. We will return on our next shopping trip.
