Good idea, but the Wine was just ok. Food is nothing special. But wineries are not common in Kentucky so I guess you cant be too picky.

We participated in McConnell springs barrel tasting today. We enjoyed speaking with Lowell and the tasting. The bourbon barrel wine was excellent. The drive was gorgeous
The food and drink can get a little pricey but it's worth the experience. This place is about as elegant as it gets in Richmond. Fancy atmosphere and decor make it a great place for a nice night out. Excellent quality food and delicious wines!
