This is our tried and true restaurant. They used to have a couple of these in the area.We would visit them often. Now this is the only one left and we visit it almost once a week.Everything on the menu is GREAT. LOVE OUR TACO TICO. Give them a try you will be back.

I cannot believe I have not shared a review of one of my absolute favorite spots in Lexington Kentucky before now, but I guess it just never crossed my mind to do so until now. TACO TICO is a true Lexington Legend! This location is sort of tucked in and can be found at 1483 Boardwalk Drive off of New... More

I hadn't been to Taco Tico since we had one in Nicholasville. Really good food! Check them out. Please add salsa to the menu.

This is an old fast food dive, but with excellent taste. Their meat and their sauce are the key differences. If you like Taco Bell, then you will love Taco Tico. Even the taco burger is better than you would think.… I'll because of the meat. The stacked enchilada and anything "deluxe style" are recommended. But if you want to... More

This used to be a very good place to eat before it was bought out by someone else a couple years ago. Since they have took over the portions have gotten smaller. For example you get a little sliver of meat on your tacos. And the expensive taco salads are mostly all lettuce. And they so cheap that they went... More

Your not going to leave this place thinking its the greatest Mexican food you've had, however you will be pleased. Its more of a 80's Americanized Mexican spot is that makes sense. THe tacos,Sancho's (smothered in cheese), and the taco burger are some favorites. Also save room for the cinnamon crusto's !!!!!

We don't have a Taco Tico near us in Charlotte, so the last time I ate at Taco Tico was in Kenner, LA about 15 years ago. The food is just as delicious as I remembered. Taco Tico may be somewhat similar to other fast food type places but there is no comparison with food taste and food quality. Hot,... More

I wanted to eat here for my birthday. It had been several months since I have eaten here. It seems Taco Bell is closer for us. I thought I missed Taco Tico until we got our food. I ordered a sancho smothered in cheese. I made the mistake of not ordering the sancho without lettuce. There was a small amount... More

Taco Tico is our favorite fast food Mexican in Lexington. The food is not authentic Mexican cuisine, but it's yummy. We get the #2 Sancho and two tacos. The staff was friendly. The food was delicious. I like the "Choco Taco" too. I wish that there were trash cans and napkins available in the dining areas. Other than that, we... More

The meat doesn't even taste real. Worst place I've ever ate at. Never again. I would never recommend this place to anything.
