My husband and I walked to Geno's after our workout at Planet Fitness. I was excited and impressed before I entered the restaurant. Geno's is the perfect place to enjoy the sunshine while enjoying the feeling of a sidewalk cafe. The very extensive menu leaves you plannng a day off so you may enjoy meals from breakfast to dinner; save... More

Good reviews brought me in here and I'm just not sure what deli they were reviewing. I found this to be very basic, nothing great. Imagine going to a small deli with basic meats and them building a sandwich. I had a Ruben and it was not that great. The restaurant atmosphere was really non existent - just a girl... More

I love Ky, but I'm always cautious of Italian sandwich shops that open in the state. We just don't have the tradition that they do in NY, Boston, Philly, Chicago, etc. Geno's was a pleasant surprise. Real Italian cold cuts, good bread, and good sides. The real test of any Italian sandwich shop is the meatball sandwich. The sauce must... More

Stopped in for lunch with my wife, I had a turkey and bacon half sized with chicken tortellini soup, my wife had Turkey Florentine also half sized without a side, she said the dressing on the sub was not to her liking and only top part, my soup was overly salty and picked to tortellini out to eat, The sub... I talked my small office into ordering Geno's today. I work at AAA across Scottsville Road from Geno's and we send all the tourists that ask for something "different" to see you guys. So imagine my disappointment when I just had a terrible visit.  To start, the girl that took my order on the phone couldn't answer questions about toppings,... More

I have always passed by this place for the longest time. So I finally decided to give it a try. I was not disappointed. The Italian Sub made for a delicious lunch. Not only do they have subs but also wraps, gyros, salads and pasta. Great all around lunch spot.

My family was returning to Nashville from Mammoth Caves and someone insisted on having pasta. Someone found a review of Geno's and it sounded good. When we arrived, our initial reaction is where is this place? Fortunately we drove past the empty stores to the back of the strip mall. The menu is large and everyone was able to pick... More

Great little counter service deli with real gyro meat roasting. It is an 80/20 beef to lamb blend. Not gamey at all. Did not try the subs or the pizza but they looked great and smelled wonderful. The owner was super nice, I think he is Greek??, gave me samples. Great place for lunch or early dinner when visiting Mammoth... More

We love visiting Geno's whenever possible. Food is always delicious and reasonably priced. There is no shortage of options and we always have leftovers.
