Excellent pizza and appetizers, but don't be in a rush. It took us an hour and a half to get our food, and with 2 grandchildren it was a struggle.I believe they were just overwhelmed. If it would be just me and my wife,we would go again. Very...nice staff.More

My friends and I were just down for the Memorial Day weekend. We had gotten back from our bike trip a little later in the evening and just wanted someplace close and convenient to grab a bite. We noticed that this place closed a 8pm...(it was 7:30pm at this point) but the owner told us to come on over anyway. So we did. We were no sooner in the front door when the waitress took one look at us, shook her head and walked in the back. Once we sat down she came over and pretty much threw the menus on the table and said "we close in 10 minutes." When we told her that the owner told us to come on over she proceeded to sigh loudly at us and when I clearly spoke up and told her that "we can gladly go someplace else" she said "Nope. He can wait on you because I'm not!" I have worked in customer service and with the public long enough to know that you DO NOT under any circumstances treat your customers like that and expect to keep your job. Aside from this incident, the owner did help us and didn't seem put out by us at all. I mean, in the end we weren't even there for an hour. The food was good but because of this nasty, negative, clearly "hates her job" waitress we will never go back unfortunately. Good luck if you EVER encounter her.More

We were staying at the Hampton across the street so this seemed the logical place to eat after a long day of traveling. The menu looked really good! Let’s start by saying the food was good also. The pizza looked amazing! Now the issue: Our...waiter came with our menus and took our drink order. As we were waiting for him to come back they got a couple large tables in. He came back to us after about 10-15 minutes to ask if we were ready to order, we said yes. And no lie he said “good, I need to hurry up and take your order cuz I need your menus for someone else” He never should have said that to customers in the first place and if he felt he needed to, in a much different tone. This is probably why we had some orders wrong. Cheese ravioli ordered with Alfredo sauce came with marinara and the dressing on one of the salads was wrong which that wasn’t a big deal but had he been paying attention to what we ordered maybe that wouldn’t have happened. Again, we had a very long day and would have liked to been treated better. We might come back here if we are in the area again because the food was good. I just hope we don’t have the same waiter. 5/18/19 p.m. sat in the dining area.More

We went to Rebecca's Pepperoni Grill because it was across the street from our hotel, and we wanted an adult beverage. This is not a tourist trap; this is where the locals hang out. We sat at the bar and enjoyed ourselves immensely! Service was...great (and they were very busy that night), and the food was pretty good. We had a couple of appetizers, and the pizza was excellent. it looked as though the restaurant side was more 'kid' friendly, if you've got little ones.More

We were hanging out in Bardstown and spending the night at the Hampton. A local we met recommended Rebecca's for dinner. We got there around 7:00 and sat on the bar side. There were 8 people at the bar and nobody else at the tables....The bartender greeted us fairly quickly, but it was probably 15 minutes before we saw her again. We ordered jalapeno poppers... they were really oily and had no flavor. My friend had a 1/2 chef salad; I had a pizza roll. Both portions were large and very reasonably priced. Our pints of Yuengling were reasonably priced, too. It was food; it was edible; it was affordable. Next time, I would go somewhere else.More

If you are going to put pepperoni in your business name then you need to put more then one pepperoni on a slice. Ordered for take out, the girl working acted like it was a chore to grab our pizza and take our money. It...was a little over $17.00 and she had the nerve to ask if I wanted my change, YES I do!! Had she been remotely nice would have not bothered even though she really di dnt have to do anything but ring up the saleMore

Went here for lunch on Sunday. There was only one waitress working the whole restaurant and she was on her phone half the time. We didn't get refills and had to ask for everything. There was several customers beside us who had to ask for...mayonnaise 3 times before they got it. They also ordered cheese fries with their meal (which is an appetizer) and still hadn't got them when they got done eating their meal. So I saw the employees in the back eating them instead of doing their job. Two carry out orders walked in and nobody told them what to do or where to go and they were very confused. The pizza was good BUT DONT GET THE CHEESY PARMESAN BITES THEY WERE HARD AS ROCKS! We were very disappointed in the service and lack of staff. We won't be back.More
