We went to Mi Patria to discover Ecuadorian food and were very pleased. The appetizers and entrees were plentiful and delicious. The service was outstanding. I highly recommend Mi Patria.

We tried this restaurant for dinner on Black Friday. We ordered fried ripe plantain, empanadas, a shrimp stew, rice and a couple of items from the kids menu. Unfortunately no pictures were taken. The empanadas and fried plantains were excellent. The shrimp dish - Camarones...More
Got the big MiPatria for Two. Tasty rice and beans. Meats were decent. Nice to see some South American places in Iowa. Want to try some other menu items soon. Whenever I'm in Ecuador I'm always stunned by how good the set price meals are....More

Food was pretty decent, for not knowing their culture or use to Ecuadorian food. I need to eat more Ecuadorian food to understand good quality . Perhaps they deserved a higher rating
Great food, reasonable price, good service. We tried three kinds of meats and the side of Salvadorian beans. Really tasty, especially the pork!
