This is our favorite spot. Service is always great. 90% of the time I get the seafood chili relleno. Its sooo good. A pablano pepper stuffes with seafood and covered in queso.

Went to eat at this place as I was in town. It's hard to find a good Mexican restaurant let alone find an outstanding Mexican restaurant. The food here was the best I've eaten other than being in Mexico. That a big establishment but I was outstanding. The service was equally as good. Can't wait to come back in town... More

Great service, really nicely plated but unremarkableTex-Mex, a little on the salty side. The menu includes a number of seafood dishes (mostly some combination of crab and/or shrimp) which sets them apart from the multiple Carlos O'Kelly's analogues in the area if you're into that kind of thing. Reasonable prices for lunch, but I wouldn't pay the dinner price for... More

Really good fish tacos and seafood enchilada. Kids meals are also really well priced, my daughter gets a cheese quesadilla, it comes with rice, beans and Horizons chocolate milk, I think it's only $3.99.

Our favorite Mexican restaurant in North Liberty. Excellent seafood dishes with a broad range of Tequila and beers. Very friendly and helpful staff

This is my favorite Mexican restaurant in the area because they have the usual type food but also interesting seafood dishes, which is unusual for Iowa. The service is great, bright decor and really good chips and salsa.

Our family visits Azul regularly. I often get the fajitas (steak, chicken, veggies... They are all good) my husband loves their fish tacos. I'd recommend everything I've tried there except the seafood fajitas. I went out on a limb and tried those once and there were clams in it which weren't listed as as an ingredient on the menu and... Last night, the family tried Azul Tequila! My son-in-law picked up our order, but did say the restaurant looked family-friendly and he liked the openness to be able to see the food being prepared. I ordered the Chipotle Chicken which came with rice and beans. It was more than I could eat, 2 chicken breast halves! The sauce over the... More

Azul has great, unique margaritas. ..really hit the spot. Chips and salsa, get an order of queso. The menu features many seafood items but also has chicken and steak items all prepared to melt in your mouth with a wonderful grilled flavor. The seafood nachos and enchiladas are some of my favorites. Rice for the side is not the typical... More
