I love the fires there. The burgers are also very delicious. They kept the dishes very clean as well.

We got to the front door. Then walked away. Sign says cash only. It's 2016, almost 2017. C'mon! We've heard that this place has decent food, and we liked the appearance of the outside. Small and quaint. But I don't see you can survive post 1950 having a cash only business. Dubuque is old in that way in general. Never... More

From April through October (boating season) we dine at Neighbor's every Thursday night and routinely order the same meals: pizza and fried chicken. The pizza has the best crust in town; and the fired chicken, served piping hot with fresh home fries can not be beat. We also appreciate the fast, friendly service.

Visited Neighbors on a Friday for dinner. My wife and I had the cod dinner special. Cod was battered and deep fried. I had a salad with mine. Wife had homemade fries. Cheap prices for tasty food. Try the pizza or the chicken! Nothing fancy here, come as you are.

They have good food- pizza is the best there. Only bad thing is that they don't take credit cards. We learned that the hard way.. We got our food-ate it - got the bill - and then tried to hand the waitress our bill with payment and she said sorry we don't take that... Wow .. U would think something... More
