This place is such a gem. Amazing food, great bubble tea (the best I've found in this region) and very friendly service vice. We live over an hour away and stopped her on our way to Indianapolis. I think we may be making this trip just for their delicious tea and food!

This place is a nice mix of mild and easy to eat Japanese and Chinese cuisines. The egg rolls are always a little soft, but that's always been my only complaint. You might miss it from the road, and it's a strange little drive to get to it. It looks like a house, and it's cozy inside. Lunch is where... More

I have been coming here for over a decade. Never a bad experience, food is always great and service is always friendly. They have great hot tea and a true bubble tea. An extensive menu, even an American menu so everyone can find something. The restaurant is a converted house so it's easy to drive past it and not notice... More

My daughter and I happened in here for lunch yesterday. It was a little busy and the waitress was over worked but with patience we got an excellent lunch. I had two delectable egg rolls with homemade sweet and sour sauce. I'm getting hungry thinking about them. I had sizzling chicken soup and it was wrought with deliciousness. I enjoyed... More

New ownership even after months is just awful at customer service, some of the food is the same, but that cant tell you what is, that's if you can even get their attention.

Great food. Very reasonably priced exceptional wait staff and an awesome variety of teas (hot and cold) Bubble tea was fun and delicious! Had a wonderful time. Even our 8 year old grandaughterwho was staying with us had to call her mom to ask if they could go back sometime for dinner there.

My family likes to do carry out here. The place is a little hard to get to but the staff is always nice and the food is good basic Chinese. Not the cheapest around but the best spot in our area.

We are long time fans of the Onion but discovered that the restaurant changed hands. Food quality and service has suffered greatly.

Been coming here for years, restaurant is family run and it shows in the quality of the food and the friendliness of the staff. Over the years I have sampled most of the menu and never been disappointed. If you like bubble tea, they do it right at the Onion.

The Onion is hidden away in what looks like a little house on a side street...and kind of hard to get to. Well worth the effort however as the food is excellent! Lunch menu is very reasonable and the portions are more than enough to fill you. Service is friendly and usually very good. My kids love that they have... More
