They have a great menu selection and food was really good. Service was friendly and efficient. The diner is split into rooms so noise level was low.

Veterans Day 11 Nov 2016, La Porte, Indiana; I attended a ‘Round The Clock’ restaurant for the first and most likely only time in my life. My brothers decided to take me out for dinner on Veterans Day as a treat. They picked the ‘Round The Clock’ restaurant because none of us had ever been there before. Disregarding the unmarked... Convenient location, eat in rail-road themed restaurant. Seating is comfortable and most impressive is that it has a full menu from breakfast thru dinner with a wide range of prices and selection. A plus is the senior menu and daily specials. Nice that they had large windows to watch traffic and shaded with gorgeous, huge hanging baskets of flowers and... More

The breakfast was good here, and the atmosphere had promise with its dining car motif. However, there was a stale smell inside that made me feel like I'd walked into an old movie theatre. I suspect the restaurant used to be smoking and had changed over to non-smoking at some point. The price was right, and we had met friends... More

This was a nice hometown restaurant. There were a lot of choices on the menu, none of it was overly expensive. Portions were large. Our waitress was very friendly and attentive.

Service was very good and the food was also. No wait time and the prices were reasonable. They sell deserts as well.

After a very stressful day at work, I told my husband I just wanted a quiet, relaxing evening. We took an hour drive to LaPorte and were not disappointed. Great food and wonderful service.

Round The Clock has okay food and service, but we only ate there once. The restaurant was sooo cold that we joked with Management that we expected to see raw meat hanging from the ceiling. They didn't seem concerned that we were uncomfortable. Fortunately we found Mom's Home Café the next morning.

Thank James M
