Went to Recoveco same trip went to central in Peru! I had a 10 meal course and have to say was surprised in each different dish! For my surprise this was really the berst food in the trip! Service was as good as food! Only can advice anyone to try and ask the degustation menu! Clearly a pearl in South... More

Recoveco is located near Galipan in the route to La Guaira. You should take a detour from the main road of around 1 km to get there. The restaurant is a rustic but nice house with an interesting decoration. You can take an aperitif in the garden if the weather allows you. When I was there it was completely cloudy... More

Good wine cellar although on the expensive side, but keep in mind the trouble to replenish in a national park. More than lunch or dinner is a day trip totally... More

From the very start it is an experience! You are picked up in Caracas and taken up the mountain and towards the ocean side. Once you arrive you are seated in an outside lounge to have a drink and enjoy the beautiful views. Then you are seated at the dining table and the feast begins! Ten lovely plates, with just... More

This restaurant is in he middle of the mountain... Excellent place to be and excellent food. It's not easy to get there. I strongly recommend to visit with a 4x4 suv.

Beautiful place, delightful and creative menu, staff was lovely and professional. They arranged a driver for us. Just make sure you love your dining companions because we did not get home from lunch until after 7 pm.

I decided to take my wife to this place for our anniversary. I had to book online, where they ask you if you have any special requests. Ours was that we didn't eat seafood. So we go up El Avila at noon (it took us an hour to get there) and marvel at this place, it has an amazing view.... More
