The Lighthouse is now under new management. There will be many changes all around. We would like input from all our customers as to what changes are to be made. Come on in and talk to Jim or Misty and tell us what we need to do get back all of our wonderful customers and bring in new friends.

Their fish is SO GOOD here! I rave about it when anyone is needing a seafood fix. They do allow smoking in the restaurant, they have pool tables, bar area, and a dance floor for when it livens up on the weekends.

Ownership or management needs to be changed. I do not know what has happened in recent months, but this place has gone downhill.

Some friends had been told the food there was good and the place had been cleaned up. We went there, walked through the door and the cigarette smoke was so thick you could barely see the threadbare furnishings and greasy floors. We looked at each other, and at the same time we all turned around and walked out to find a... More

Husband and I discovered Lighthouse after talking to some friends. Its the only place in town that still allows smoking-which husband likes..I guess it is tolerable. The food is good, depending on what you get. The shrimp is lightly battered and large and you get a lot. The double cheeseburger is HUGE and really good-not frozen burgers either-you can tell... The service has always been good as well as the food. I don't think I have ever had a bad meal. When they went back to smoking we stopped going, because the one time we went the smell was horrible and we had to take showers before we went to bed, because the smell of smoke on us was horrible.... We had driven by the restaurant/bar many times and had never eaten there. had heard it was good. We had shrimp basket and clam basket. Orders very large. Had huge amounts of both entrees. As I am writing this, i realize that we did not get the slaw we were supposed to get with the meal--oh well, we were full... More

The owners are donig a great job of serving good food at a reasonable price. The portions are large and the daily specials are definately worth checking out.... More

We never frequently this part of the southern side of Kentuckiana and we never ate at this restaurant before. Over the years, people told us they enjoyed eating and socializing at the restaurant. We were at the restaurant around 5:00 on a weekday, so there were only a few people there. My wife order fish and two sides, potato salad... More

We used to eat here a couple of yrs ago; we don't drink, we came for lunch or dinner [a lot]. I've been asking my husband to go again-well. What a mistake! The menu was small, greasy, and tasteless. I looked at the menu and wanted to leave; but we stayed. MY HUSBAND HAD CHEESEBURGER ANF FRIES-GREASY FROZEN PATTY AND... More
