Just an average meal with average service-only good thing rather fast and convenient. Would not return.

This particular location seems to have stopped caring. I ordered a soup and sandwich, both of which weren't right. I tolerated the sandwich but took my lukewarm soup up and informed them I would like it heated. The clerk acknowledged they were serving under heated...soup but said if she gave me another it would be the same temperature. She was apologetic but pointed me to the microwave where I could reheat it myself!More
Right downtown and great location. The food here is excellent. We stopped in for a mid morning breakfast. I have been in many Panera's including Toronto, Chicago, Pittsburgh and South Bend and they are a consistent chain. You can order as much food as you...need. The tea is excellent but the baked good and healthy salads are as good as it gets. There always seems to be lots of room, free refills. Staff is well trained and you can pre order on an app or simply order on a touch screen in the restaurant. I little pricey but quality food.More
Not only is the service fast but a great selection of delicious and fresh foods fit for any budget or taste.
Went to Panera both Friday and Saturday morning for breakfast, and a staff member (I wish I'd gotten his name) remembered us from just the one previous visit. It's typical Panera fare, but the staff makes the difference.
Damon is an employee at the Panera Bread in Indianapolis on Washington street. He was an amazing server for our group from Minnesota and is the kindest, sweetest man ever. Thank you Damon for helping to make our experience in Indianapolis special!
I ordered via the app and my food was ready by the time I got downstairs from the hotel. Everything was hot and delicious with no problems. Definitely a recommended Panera!
Breakfast was okay, the same as any other Panera you will find. I do love their coffee. I was sad to see quite a lot of homeless people in this area.
While attending a conference at the Convention Center, three of us stopped in for lunch. Panera Bread was doing a brisk business. Ordering options included on-line, at several kiosks when you enter or at the counter. Not many tables available but wait staff made certain...tables were cleared and food as quickly delivered. Everything was served as ordered. Food is always good and seems fresh.More
Stopped in with family, two of us had the squash soup and 1/2 a Cuban sandwich. The soup was delicious, the Cuban was good, but the bread was too crusty (hard). The Mac and Cheese for the little one was really good.. Love the mall...here..More
Panera Bread is a good standby when you really don't know what you want but you are wanting something good. The soup is always good and the atmosphere is welcoming.
We visited Panera Bread for a quick breakfast before heading over to the Indy Convention Centre for Gencon. There were hot sandwiches available, in addition to the selection of bread displayed towards the front of the store. It's a solid place for a simple breakfast...though waiting times weren't exactly the fastest. We ate here twice and had to wait about 10 minutes each time for our sandwiches - something to factor in when you're planning your itinerary for the day.More
What!? You read right. We waited 20 min on line and get to the register and they are OUT OF SEASONAL ITEMS. what in the what!?
We frequent Panera Bread restaurants for brunch often and lunch occasionally. The staff is friendly and the food, while predictable, is good. If you like tea and coffee, you'll find several choices of each. The scones and bakery items are very tasty, and the breakfast...quiches quite good.More
Just stopped in for a couple of cool drinks on a hot day. They had NO medium cups/lids. Crazy getting your medium drink halfway filled in a large cup.
