Nice stop for a quick lunch before a meeting. Had the brisket in a baked potato and it did not disappoint. Good location just a short walk from the main downtown spots. No frills bar and grill, great food and our server Laurie was excellent. Nice job Bourbon Street on the meal and friendly staff !

My husband had been here several times, but it was my first. It's a quaint bar that you would miss if you weren't looking, but what a gem! We ate later; like around 8:00 and it wasn't crowded. The bartender was quick with service and gave us great recommendations. I had the breaded tenderloin and red beans and rice. Wow!... More

Had a great burger and fries for lunch. It was a quick in and out. I could tell that if you don't get in early you may have to wait awhile. Sat at the bar. I think its a local place.

There were 4 in our party. The service was very good. Our waitress was very good and her recommendations were spot on. We had the Smoked Pork Chops, Blackened Mahi and the Cajun Chicken for main entrees. We had the house salads, Jambalaya, red beans and rice and the Crawfish Etouffee for our sides. We also had the Cheese cake... More

Totally enjoyed the southern flare menu choices. From a creole fish stew; blackened catfish PO-boy; blackened talaria with ettoufee on rice; buffalo chicken sandwich and great homemade potato chips - it was a bar with a great staff, awesome food and very casual atmosphere. Go for it!

Ordered the steak salad. Steak was so fatty and full of grizzle it was mostly inedible. Salad was from a bag with a sprinkle of bleu cheese and a few pieces of cucumber and slice of hot house tomato. Waitress was super nice and did her job well. Sandwiches looked better. Outside seating was nice. Restroom was gross.

A lot of charm, definitely a locals place. Great menu selection, good value. For lunch, the server recommend the breaded tenderloin. It turned out to be a good choice. Enough for two people I thought with an appetizer. Everyone was really nice and helpful.

Staying across the street and figured we would give it a shot. I just had Cajun burger pretty tasty, friend had the breaded tenderloin sandwich, that was huge, other pal had the etufee (sp) and said it was actually very good. Waitress was awesome, sat outside and enjoyed the nice evening!

Breaded pork tenderloin an Indiana staple and done well here. Homey comfy local flavor bar just off downtown so not touristy. If staying at courtyard or residence Inn on senate this will be a regular stop for you..promise..good bourbon selection too

This is your place to go when you are hungry and are looking for some real good traditional bar food at reasonable prices with a good service. They have a bar downstairs and upstairs, you can even sit outside on the balcony on a nice day. Some good craft beers are on tap and portions are big and the food... More
