First I must mention that this is a BYOB restaurant. We were unaware of that and did not come prepared. Wish I had known..... The restaurant is a cute, small area. We were happy with all food: wontons and spring rolls beef for appetizers, although...More

I know there's something warm and fuzzy about a family owned restaurant in Wheaton, a town once over run with franchises and restaurants stuck in a time warp. And years ago, Luong-Loi was a nice alternative to the usual heart clogging pizzas and cheeseburgers that...More

I've been coming here for 17 years. Never disappoints. I suggest the steak skewers, very good. Very affordable also

Lovely family owned business. I enjoyed the orange chicken, fried rice and spring rolls. You can bring your own bottle. Very friendly service.

We stopped in for lunch. It is small but cozy. Love the exposed brick walls inside. Had the wonton noodle soup. It were delicious and reasonably priced. Fast service. Delicious!

I ordered Jasmine tea and got oolong. I ordered Beef Chow Fun with Chinese broccoli and got regular American broccoli. Told him twice. It was oily but tasted ok. The combination egg noodle with seafood soup was good. BTW it had MSG. I may come...More

I really like the look of the restaurant and the service was great. Unfortunately, it is like they are cooking for a 1950's Americana crowd. The food lacked flavor. There were no herbs in the fresh spring rolls. It would have been nice to have...More

On a recent trip to Vietnam, we had Pho nearly every other night - obviously a favorite - so it was so wonderful to find a really authentic Pho at Luong-Loi. You get a generous bowl of wonderfully flavored beef broth with tender slivers of...More

I like this place better since the re-opening; service is terrific and attentive. I do not especially like Vietnamese food, but they have plenty of dishes I like, particularly the kung pao chicken or egg foo yung
