The parking lot and building were nondescript - you’re not even sure where the entrance is. Inside the layout was a little haphazard as well. Thankfully the food was really good as was the tea. BYOB so no drinks. I had the grilled lamb and...More
Once you open the door and step inside Kabul House you'll feel transported to the beautiful decor and amazing smells of the magical food experience on which you are about to embark. Did I mention the cuisine is that of Afghanistan? What a joy to...More
Since they moved to new location in Evanston. New location is great with good parking. Food was as great as it was earlier. Koubedeh Kababs, Chicken cubes and Afghani Rice are great.
I order from Kabul frequently and it is one of my favorite restaurants. Tried several dishes and all of them are just excellent. Must try restaurant on the north shore.

Awesome food, service, and atmosphere! Went to Kabul House for lunch with a friend and was wowed by the chicken kabobs, and Mantoo. It was a fabulous meal all around! Can't wait to return.
