Incredible place for a mouth-watering steak and a special night out! Ambiance and service was superb. Jim's came highly recommended from a friend and it was definitely the highlight of my stay in Peoria!

Beautifully appointed interior made us expectant about the restaurant living up to the many praises we had heard. The evening started well with a round of drinks and a really nice, crisp salad, but things soon deteriorated. My wife's filet was, in her opinion, simply...More

We were there for dinner on September 27, 2017 for my mom's birthday. Jim's is her absolute favorite restaurant in Peoria. My mom and I had the filet and my Dad had the New York Strip. They had the Britney dressing for their salads and...More

I've lived in Peoria for 13 years but just visited Jim's for the first time this summer. What a treat! I wish I would have gone sooner. It definitely has an old-school supper club feel; many celebrity photos on the walls of those who have...More

Classic atmosphere greets you in this downtown Peoria institution. My NY strip requested Medium rare was very good. Cooked to perfection, and flavor, with a nice char on the outside, was just as strip should be. The cottage fries with onions were amazing! For chip...More

Did not visit here because I'm gluten intolerant. They have no GF menu and are unaware of what does & doesn't have gluten. So if you want a steak with no seasoning and a baked potato or steamed veggies you ate ok. They don't know...More

There is no strict dress code. What you feel comfortable in would work well. The booths are high backed and very secluded so I doubt anyone would see your clothing anyway - I loved the privacy they afforded.
