A very pleasant, "down home" sort of diner. Very straightforward cooking, with plenty of good food on your plate, in a very family friendly atmosphere.

Had some excellent chicken and dumplings here with a customer. Service is great, the place is clean, it’s old and very historic. The old booths are fantastic! And they take plastic if you need but use cash so you can watch them pull the arm...More

The food at Andresen's Cafe is a staple around this small town! Home cooked meals - NOT fast food - Great place for seniors and the slower crowd! This place is packed at 11:30 am for lunch!! Also, campers from nearby Arrowhead Lake Campground always...More

Happen to stop in for lunch and had never been there. Small town flavor with good food. Reasonably priced and friendly. Good choice on my part.

So many options of sandwiches and yummy sides along with homemade pies (I got the 4 layer butterscotch delight). If you want to get full of old timey home cooking this is the place to do it. We got, Bbq (melt in your mouth) chicken...More

Really simple food. Hamburger was good and prices really reasonable. The better rating is more about the interesting old timey atmosphere. Great to step outside the food chains and enjoy life.

We were looking for a non-fast food restaurant and after having a pathetic experience at another truck stop on our trip we found this little gem off the beaten path. Decent fod, decent proices, and history of the place. The waitress was friendly also which...More
