We were a group of six and called ahead for reservations on the patio. We had a lovely lunch, with great service and food. Landmark also offers gluten free options which I very much appreciate.

My wife and I joined friends at Landmark for dinner during our reunion weekend at Knox. The atmosphere and service at Landmark were very good and the food was well prepared. We ate at a few restaurants in town and this was the best one.
Because of the delicious food and great service, we’ve made it a tradition to overnight in Galesburg to celebrate a birthday. The Chicken Pot Pie and Beef Crepe were delicious (again!). The crepes were yummy (and so much larger than I remembered!). We will return...next year. The restaurant is quiet enough for conversation (yeah!) and the tables are reasonably spaced for this lingering Covid 19 period.More
What a cozy and interesting place to lunch. The crepes are so delicious and the soups are terrific. The four of us were so glad to stumble across this cafe. The only negative was our member of the wait staff, who seemed annoyed she had...to serve us. It didn’t look like any of the other waitstaff were so terse, so she may have been having a bad day.More
This place is awesome and very much worth the stop during your travels! The food is great, the service is very good, and the aesthetics are very delightful too. I highly recommend this place and thank them for a great experience. We had the dessert...crepes! YUM!!!More
We met friends from out of state and had hoped to sit outside but the dreary weather prevented it. No problem, the staff was kind and found a spot for our fairly large group quickly because we had arrived early in the evening. Our server,...Jessi, was as kind as kind can be. She was quick, efficient, and every single order was perfect despite several customization requests. Though she was masked, she was clearly smiling the whole time. The food was great and the crepes were as good as in Paris. This is a gem and totally deserves its spot on the top of the list of places to eat in Galesburg. When we return to town, we'll eat here. (TIP: If you have more than just a couple in your party, help out the staff and make a reservation. We will in the future.)More
Have been enjoying the Landmark for a number of years whenever I visit Galesburg. The outdoor seating area, which can be enjoyed during the warmer months, is tops. That aside, the food and beverages are excellent. Service is tops, too. Enjoy wonderful soups, quiches, sandwiches,...among the other well served items.More
Can’t beat the spinach bisque! A buddy of mine who went to Knox told me it was the best ever and he wasn’t lying! Besides that, I would suggest sitting outside because it’s still covered from the sun but you get a great breeze. It’s...not cheap but it’s not unreasonable either. I really enjoyed the Buffalo and Bleu with the soup- excellent! Also the wait staff was very friendly and we were promptly served.More
I had dinner here with my son at the recommendation of a Knox College alum. The restaurant was nearly empty on a weeknight; service was prompt and pleasant. We had spinach bisque, pasta, and shared a dessert crepe. Both pasta dishes were tasty. The menu...has some options for ordering smaller portions on certain dishes and we were glad we took advantage of that, because even the smaller portions were generous.More
Traveling from Quad cities to Central Illinois. Read reviews and thought it was a good decision to divert off freeway to try Landmark Cafe. Very nice venue and pleasant staff. My wife and I sat at table wondering why on mid morning on Sunday half...the tables were empty. We also noticed most of customers appeared to be retired. Coffee was served and what a disappointment. Very weak cafe coffee with not much flavor. We each ordered a shot of espresso to enhance the strength and flavor. We each ordered a crepe. Crepes were folded into a square, over cooked, and void of flavor. Ingredients were slight and I was still hungry when we finished. The reason venue was not packed was evident after we finished our breakfast.More
