Daily sourdough bread specials are freshly made and are delicious even their "day old" breads are fantastic!! We come way out of our way just to stop here once a month. It is that good! Outstanding service and friendly customers too! Try it you'll love it!!!

I found this place during jury duty. It is right across the street from the court building. It is a nice little place that offers coffees and some great food. Your order is placed at a counter before you sit down. I had the pick two. White chicken chili was delicious. There were lots of chunks of chicken and it... More

This is More than just a bakery. I had lunch and I highly recommend the spinach salad. I don't believe I have ever had a fresher salad. I will definitely be back frequently

This is a great, hometown, bakery. Good coffee, good breads, and good breakfast items. My wife really likes the oatmeal and I like the croissants. It used to be too small to really sit and enjoy what you bought, but now that they've expanded into the space next door, there's plenty of room to sit and enjoy your food in... More

Visited here after seeing them featured on Great Day St. Louis, and had to try the 81 layer cinnamon roll. It was totally with the drive! They offer a huge selection of coffee from Goshen Coffee. The cinnamon roll, banana bread, and cookie were great. The chai was good. The location is cute and relaxed. A nice place for a... More

Wow, visited the Juice Source next door and stopped in the 222 and was greatly surprised. Coffee was excellent and not overpriced. The server even encouraged us to get the "bottomless" cup for just a few cents more. My wife and I split a "twice baked" cinnamon roll that was as big as a small baby's head! And it was... More

I believe "222 Artisan" offers pizza only on Fridays and Saturdays. While other eateries in Edwardsville also have wonderful pizza, the toppings available and the standard 12" size at a very reasonable price combined with quick service at "222" make this a sensible destination for pizza lovers of any age. Very, very good!!

At last the bakery expanded! In the past, inadequate seating limited my visits. With the new expansion, my friends and I will be regular visitors. The baked goods and quiche are top quality and the coffee is great. Danish pastry and bottomless cup coffee $6.

The only down side to this place is the lack of tables. Everything is satisfying and delicious....... Coffee is the best around! Local, organic coffee!!!! Breakfast burritos are great. Really just go there. So much better than any other coffee shop in town.
