Beans and bbq was real good and not overly priced. only con was the slaw, it was good but put in a ketchup to go size cup, maybe had 1 big bite or 2 small ones. I would go back again next time.

This restaurant in located in the food court at Union Station. However you do not have to be taking a train to enjoy this hidden jewel. Robinson's has a huge menu of all your BBQ favorites. I tried one of my favorite foods pulled pork sandwich. I received a hot mound of pulled pork on a delicious fresh bun smothered... More

The fries were great but you didn't get much. The ribs are a generous portion but they were very tough and I wasn't a huge fan of the sauce. These were not fall off the bone ribs, there were more like rib jerky. My wife had the burger and she wasn't all that crazy about it either. I was hoping... More

We were forced to go up to the food court at Union Station, since the Metro Deli closed. We had an uncomfortable pause waiting for the young girl to pull herself away from her phone to wait on us. My burger was burnt, and my wife's chicken was bland. Not good at all.

Friendly service, great menu, good, good eatin'! Robinson's is well known for their generous servings of ribs and rib tips, fried fish, smoked sausages, just to name a few items. Everything is cooked to order and there is plenty of seating in the food court conveniently located nearby. I was so busy eating that I forgot to snap a picture!... More

I ate the half chicken special while waiting for my train to depart. Chicken was kind of dry but the sauce help. Steak fries were good as well as the cole slaw. They advertised buns with the meal but gave me 'off the shelf ' bread instead. Guess I should have had the ribs instead! Next time!

The pork chop sandwich was very dry and bland. The pulled pork that my son ordered was awful. They only had one slice of sweet potato pie and it was not fresh made. A simply horrible dining experience.

My husband and I were leaving Chicago for our home in Virginia we hadn't been successful in finding a soul food restaurant but had seen the Trip Advisor review for Robinson's. We had a long train ride 23 hours so I had visions of boxed barbeque. We ordered a slab of ribs, beans, chocolate caramel and lemon cake. They cut... More

If you are in Union Station and tired of national chains, go upstairs to the food court to Robinson's Ribs. The quick service, reasonable prices, and most of all the tastiness of the food make up for the food court atmosphere.

Rules for BBQ Ribs -- if they aren't smoked on-site, DO NOT order the ribs. I'm was born in Kansas City, I know BBQ and I like many different styles from KC to Memphis to the mustard-based Carolina-style. But yes, I did look longingly at the 2# box of rib tips. But I just need lunch and I'm getting on... More
