It's bad enough when you call in for delivery and the unhappy worker is extremely nonprofessional at customer service and tells you "2 hours wait and cash only" in ghetto style. But the worst experience is when the person delivering the pizza is extremely rude and unprofessional as well!! The senior building down the street from Italian Fiesta should never... More

Terrible customer service, terrible pizza. The 47th Street location is a tad better, but unless you're desperate steer clear.

They tell you the pizza will be ready in 30 minutes. When you get there to pick it up they tell you it will be another hour with no apologies or compensation for my valuable time. The employees have no phone etiquette when answering the phone when you call to place an order. There are no smiley faces. I don't... More

This is a cash only place and not an eat in restaurant. The pizza is fantastic, the sauce, the cheese, the crust, what's not to like!! We try to order as there as much as possible.

At one time, this pizza was good! The sausage is hard and lacks spices such as fennel. Crust is hard and taste like water, lard & flour. The sauce is very acidic and bitter. Overpriced and employees goof off while preparing the food. Yuck!! Just lost a twenty year customer.

Ive been a IF fan for over 30 years. The pizzas are consistently good, the crust is great and the on time readiness has generally been at 30 minutes.

Just got back from Chicago and I must say Italian Fiesta was an unexpected highlight of the trip. My Uncle suggested we pick some up for lunch Tuesday(8/25/2015)... We ordered three different pizza's and Oh, my,my,my... Hot, fresh, well seasoned and with an impeccable thin crust. My Pepperoni/Jalepeno/Black Olive pie has my mouth watering just thinking about it. This is... More

Staying in South Shore

Neighbourhood Profile
South Shore
Notable Chicagoans call the South Shore neighborhood their childhood home. Undoubtedly they spent time at Rainbow Beach, one of the city’s largest beaches. The park there offers one of the best views of Chicago’s skyline. This South Side neighborhood is best explored in the daytime. You’ll get an unfettered glimpse at a variety of architectural styles in both its residential homes and larger structures. Landmarks like the New Regal Theater built in the style of a Moorish theater and Saint Philip Neri Roman Catholic Church with its Tudor-revival influences are visually arresting. Take a short stroll through the landmark Jackson Park Highlands District for a taste of unique early 20th-century urban planning and large mansions. The South Shore Cultural Center is yet another unique structure and treasure in Chicago’s arts and culture community, complete with galleries, studios, a golf course, and a 600-seat theater.
