This is a great neighborhood restaurant. The chicken vesuvio is perfect, better than the chicken and mushrooms which is a little sweet. Service is outstanding. They really make you want to come back next week for good food and a bottle of wine! I really recommend it for a small gathering of friends.

The food is great, but what I think you will enjoy the most is the staff! I really wish that I got the name of the woman with the long blond ponytail and glasses. She was absolutely adorable and very good at her job. She waited on us and in minimum time, our food order came out accurate and cooked... More

we were taking food out but from the Skokie Old Orchard location not in the city. The first 2 times we ordered take out food it was great but this time not so great. Consistency is always a sign of a good restaurant so we will have to wait and see on this one.

This restaurant is a must! The ambiance is spot on, decor is wonderful, the staff is attentive, the menu is delightful and the food, WOW, it is something you should experience. I had the salmon, and my date had the Pistachio Crusted Chicken. Everything was delicious! The owner, Luigi, stopped by our table to greet us, and again when our... More

The service and food was excellent. I am hard to please but when can taste several flavors in a fork full it ranks to one of the best on my list. We were not going to try the appetizers but when we seen fried Calamari and then a grilled one, well we had to try grilled. When they brought the... More

While visiting Niles, I decided to try Nonno Pino's in Edison Park for dinner after previewing their menu online. It was most definitely worth the stop and lived up to my expectations. The lasagna was excellent. The flavor was perfect without being overly salty. The portion size was just right, neither too big nor too small. With the included house... More

We make this a hang for our generation of the family every year at this time of the Holiday season. They start us with excellent bread with an olive oil dip. They also offer excellent mixed drinks. The menu is famous for their gnocchi offerings and I always enjoy a seafood item. Their food is fresh and well-prepared and delivered... More

Food was great:). Company was good. The server?? Well , after a little bit of him? Was enough. He started out evening saying he could tell a joke? Well every time he came to table same thing, over & over all night long. Drove me crazy. Maybe he thought he was funny🤔🤔, Think Again. But the food was good. We... More

There are many Italian restaurants in the Chicago area, but only a few with great pasta. Nonno Pino is one of the later. Great pasta along with generous portions are always appreciated. We will be back.

Went there for my wife's birthday. We both left full eating very good pasta dishes. The only negative would be the calamari. It was overly breaded and a bit chewy.
