She proved to be very friendly and efficient & attentive. Each of us ordered grilled cheese sandwiches, one with cheddar, Swiss and mozzarella cheese, and the other... More

Tripsters- Our friends from OKC wanted to visit the INTUIT Art Gallery here in Chicago. Our plan was to eat and then art. Walking around we came across this little diner and decided to give it a try. It was pretty good. This place would be dependable for a decent meal. What We Loved: Windy City Chicken Chili (pictured) What... More

Well there is more than pancakes, but I LUV their Blueberry Pancakes! This place offers home cooking and it is packed with locals at all times. Its a "home town feeling cafe", at a busy intersection of Chicago Ave and Ogden. Friendly service and my favorite place to walk to for breakfast or lunch, with my Grandson, when i stay... More

We stayed within walking distance during our recent visit to Chicago. We had a great breakfast on New Year's Day. Portion sizes are very generous. The homemade cubed potatoes are amazing!

During a recent trip to Italy with my son who lives in Chicago we had brunch at this restaurant. The food impressed enough to go back when returning through Chicago on way home. I had the California omelette with sausage, goat cheese and avocado both times. It was that good folks. My son had the pulled pork eggs Benedict and... More

Nice local eatery, especially for breakfast. I've a city apartment down the street and see a lot of returning customers here. Healthy food options at a fair price. Warm and prompt service. Often has a que, but the line moves quickly -- worth the wait.
