My coworker and I grabbed dinner at the hotel restaurant. Food was typical for a hotel restaurant - the usual safe hotel food that's decently prepared. Definitely worked perfectly for us because we didn't want to leave the hotel to find food but nothing worth writing home about. As long as you stick with something safe (I had Cesar salad)... More

Went here a several times on the trip. Twice, had to go into the kitchen to get someone out to serve/seat. Service was poor, and food quality was also poor. For a Marriott that caters to business travelers - this place is a swing and miss.

We stayed at this Marriott with friends for a wedding. Usually don't expect too much for a hotel breakfast, however this place serves up a buffet as well as many very nice options. The cornflake crusted french toast is outstanding and was served with a huge mound of fresh berries and banana slices. Great coffee and if you order bacon,... More

I was staying at the hotel for business and returned late after a long day. Ordered the short rib dish and it was excellent, service is *good. Nice to have good food after a long day and no to have to go out to dinner.

Had dinner here two evenings. First evening ordered the crab cakes-delicious and the grilled chicken cesar salad- very large but not that tasty, was missing something just not sure what it was. Also had a lovely cocktail- Malibu Madras- Malibu Rum, orange juice & a splash of cranberry. Second night went a different route -took the advice of the front... More

I usually have dinner at one of the other restaurants from the area, but being very late I decided to try the hotel's restaurant. The restaurant was virtually empty, which made for a good service :) However the food was pretty average. I had the "Tenderloin Filet" dish and the steak was pretty dry and chewy. Not impressed. I guess... More

The menu only has like 20 items. I would like a bit more variety. I had the tilapia and it was tasty, but the fish wasn't cooked well. It was mushy. However, it was flavorful. It cost me $19, which was expensive especially for being cooked improperly and having an almost empty restaurant. I also ordered a side of cheese,... More

On a recent visit to the Chicago area, I stayed at the Marriott Southwest at Burr Ridge. I stopped in for a bite at the Ciazza for lunch. What a delight. My wrap was toasted and the lettuce was nice and crunchy. This was the best that I have ever had.

We recently dined at Ciazza the day before Valentine's day. For appetizers we had the crab cakes and the vanilla shrimp. Crab cakes were good but you can skip the shrimp. We ordered the filet which was surprisingly good, it came with a nice group of vegetables including russet potatoes and french green beans. Overall a bit pricey but much... More

Kim treated me like royalty. Club sandwich with chips was delish. Goose Island beer. Decent menu but I didn't try much. Breakfast buffet was quick and easy but recommend ordering off menu.
