The location is easy to find with lots of parking. Your group can even go next door to bowl if the spirit moves you to do so.

very nice place, very different throughout the week. pure party on Sundays, very chilled for the rest of the week. we loved it and will be back for sure.

Sorry, don't know where Ocean view villas at Blackpoint are. Guana Key is a 30 minute ferry ride from Marsh Harbor, Abaco, if that helps.

Yes it will take a boat to get there... I'm not sure how from Treasure we took out time Island hoping by our own boat. You better be a captain to navigate the Islands😉
