We enjoyed a pound of burnt ends (great), pulled pork, grilled cheese, brisket, beans and mac&cheese. They claimed the Mac and cheese is the best you'll ever have. I'd say that was true if you never left Idaho. It was a small indoor place with lots of outdoor seating. It was a hot and windy day and by the time... More

Visited this place last night to have ribs, which they had run out off, however discovered their taco's as an alternate and they were excellent. Local beer selection is also good

I'm pretty picky about BBQ and would say that theirs is average or slightly above average. The beans were, in my opinion, not very good but the brisket was flavorful and moist, and the ribs were tender and tasty but maybe with slightly too much rub. It's a good place for dinner and lunch and it's fun to sit on... More

Lunch at Big Hole BBQ is very good (four stars). The brisket sandwich is good as the pulled pork. I gave Big Hole BBQ five stars because I love their ribs (that are only available after 5pm because they are slow cooked each day). The ribs are worth waiting for!

A friend of mine, after a five-mile hike to Ski Lake, recommended we go to Big Hole for dinner. I am so glad she did. It was perfect! I love barbecue and this was some of the best I've ever had. I ordered the Combo Platter with brisket, pulled pork, slaw and kettle chips - finished every last morsel. We... More

Four of us stopped for breakfast on a Saturday morning and it was very busy. The service was slow but the food was very good. We would definitely go back.

A 5 in Idaho for BBQ,,,,, a 2 in Texas. By all means STOP and enjoy a great little LOCAL place. Very popular with locals and a good eat. Its just not Texas or the South. Its also alittle pricey. $10 for a small brisket sandwich and a bag of chips... come on now. This is Idaho not Jackson WY.

We loved this cute dining option in Victor, Idaho. I had the Shrimp Tacos which were the best I've ever had.

Fun crew and BEST seating in town at the Big Hole with melt-in-your-mouth brisket. The quite bland ribs and the good-enough caesar salad are reasons to drop this establishment to a "3". Would i go back... yep, but i will skip the aforementioned bites.

Big Hole is just over the pass from where I live in Wilson, WY. I'm a huge fan of their pulled pork sandwiches, which are huge, tasty, choice of sides. Lots of other choices in an very informal, chilled local setting. Good selection of bottled beers, quick, friendly service. This was our last group activity on 6-day motorcycle ride through... More
