The Red Pavilion in McCall has a lake view of Payette Lake. I missed it because we dined in the evening. The dishes were as expected having ordered them at a Red Pavillion in Meridian. I chose beef broccoli. The meat portion was generous and tender. My husband ordered Honey Almond Shrimp. I tried to switch plates! His was delicious.... More

Typical chinese food. The food was sufficient. The Hot and Sour soup was tasteless. The pork fried rice was good but all in all just run of the mill Chinese

Ate outside in the sun looking at the lake. Beautiful! Perfect weather and great food! The indie part of the place is not great but the food is and so is the service! Not one person in our party of five had a bad thing to say about the food! It was hot and fresh and flavorful. And the price... More

Hubby and I eat here quite a few times during the summer because it is our "GO TO" place when we are craving something good. My favorite is the Honey Almond Shrimp and Hubby always enjoys the Sweet and Sour Pork or General Tsaos Chicken. Good portion sizes even for lunch and prices are pretty reasonable. The view is great... More

In desperate need of a good cleaning if not a remodeling. That being said.....Food was decent, and they took our party late with no complaints

The view of the lake was great. The food was good, not spectacular but good. Son had Orange Chicken. He loved the fried rice. I had steamed rice with my Mongolian beef. The beef was good but not the best I've had. Good service. They were slow on a Wednesday night at 7:30 pm. I'd go back.

I use to eat here all the time, the Mandarin Spicy Chicken is my favorite! The service was always great and ever since I moved, I can not find any Chinese restaurants that can make it as good as they do!

This place was highly recommended to me prior to my arrival; however, upon arriving in McCall I was told that their quality had not been up to their earlier standards at Red Pavilion. I decided to try the place out and got a plate of Orange Chicken. The serving size of chicken was pretty good for the price (maybe $13... More

Eating at the Red Pavillion Chinese Restaurant was a very good experience. The establishment is right on Payette Lake and while the lake was iced over and snow covered the view was a highlight of the experience. Our food was excellent, served promptly and piping hot. The environment of the establishment is a bit seedy, down several steps about twenty... More
