Traveling around the Country, this restaurant fits right in the middle. The physical surrounding are a little rough, it's in desperate need of updating as the interior is showing its age. Food is basic and average. The spicing of food is fairly bland, what they advertise as "hot" is not even warm in most places I've visited. The staff is... More

My son chose this place and we were not disappointed. The food was fantastic and there was plenty of it. The little tasty bit of dessert brought at the end was just perfect! Service was great! Now that I'm home and too far away I'm craving some good Mexican food........will have to make a trip back! Awesome job Rancho Viejo!

I'm from Texas and this is a great little piece of the southwest in the northwest. Enchilada's, Chips and Salsa, Beans and Rice. All of the standard offerings you would hope to find in a great environment to boot. It's not the fanciest and it's not fusion, it's just good old mexican food.

Four of us stopped in for supper and all ordered different items. Every entree was quite satisfying and typical 'American Mexican' food. We ate outside on the patio which was pleasant and the service was good. Enjoyed our margaritas too. Though the facility is well kept the building is showing its age.

We were in the Coeur d'Alene area for a house-hunting trip, and wanted to try a non-chain restaurant. Read some mixed reviews of this place online, but we were in the mood for Mexican and on the look out for someplace to enjoy when we move here. We were very pleasantly surprised! I had the chicken chimichanga and my husband... More

Loved the food, service and atmosphere. Big plates, good flavor and everything arrived fast. Zero complaints. We found it is just as good as the one in Pullman.

Coming from Texas, I was a little nervous to try Mexican food in Hayden Idaho. Ordered the Chicken Mole and Wow! Amazing flavor, not too heavy on the peanut flavor and it had a good hint of smoke. Service and food was on point for our whole family. Definitely recommend and we will be sure to visit again.

I love the carne asada and mole items at this place. We were seated quickly and served in a timely way even though they were very busy.

Being used to Texas Mexican restaurants (not California Mexican - too much rice!), this was a great taste of home! My husbands rate of 'good Mexican' is always enchiladas. These were great! Beans had a nice flavor and the hot salsa was really nice. GREAT STAFF.
