While I miss the original warmth years ago, the new owners have cleaned up and modernized the space. The bakery items are really good. We ate them all before I could take pictures!!!

Newly remodeled, friendly staff, excellent wine list and local beer taps, fabulous food. Rembrandts has gone from Eagle's premier coffee shop to a terrific option for upscale casual dining.
What a fun place for Sunday Brunch. Visiting, so it was very unique for me. I know lots of reviewers miss the history of what this place was and I cannot speak to that, but we had some delicious food, bottomless mimosas and a fun open environment for a nice family outing. There are lots of seating options whether in... More
Finally got back for a second visit to the new Rembrandts, looking forward to trying a new item on the menu, and Rembrandts did not disappoint. Tried the Tuscan Grain Bowl (chicken, farro, spinach, roasted tomatoes, goat cheese), and had a bite of my friend's Chopped Cobb salad, and both were delicious. My grain bowl had wonderful combinations of textures... More
Always a fan of the quaint and comfortable ambiance of a great coffee house to either read a book, newspaper or visit with friends. The quality has remained but the remodel leaves me with a sterile feeling.. almost like going to a Denny's. Too cold and designed to quickly turn a table because it appears the desire is just that... They took everything that was fun unique and eclectic about this place , and turned it into a sterile reception hall which reminds me of something that I would see in a hotel or convention center. Everything here now follows the expiring trend of grey and white with smooth clean lines. What used to feel homey and comfortable and offbeat... More
Outstanding soup & chowder. The Shrimp & Grits and the cold Tuscan bowl were unique and fabulous. The apple Cake & ice cream was the perfect dessert for the evening close with specialty coffees. Enjoyed the recommended wines and some of the 12 beers on tap.
Great little coffee shop. It has been closed for renovation for a while and we hope it reopens. Nice breakfasts, wonderful relaxed atmosphere. Has an outdoor patio we enjoy during nice weather.
I will almost pick any coffee place rather than subject myself to the inept staff at Rembrandts. They are currently remodeling so hopefully the idiots that go there will find what good coffee and service is about. Conistently bad service. The Point of Sale device is the most painful and slow part of this. I timed them several times and... More
