We called a month in advance to.make Easter reservations. We got a call two weeks later that we had been quoted the wrong price, the correct price was $25 per person more than we were told. Then they called us two more times because they...had to change our time because they over booked! Then they called to say they couldn't fit us in the restaurant, we had to eat in a room down the hall. We should have said forget it, but we went anyway. The food was not good at all. The best thing on the buffet was the salad because it was meant to be cold! The prime rib was so raw that it was not even room temp - it was refrigerator cold! The chicken was tough, my granddaughter (15) couldnt cut it with a butter knife, and the waffles were the same ones I buy at Wal-Mart. for $500 we were all disappointed- the neighboring tables all said the same things we did.More

This was the second time to stay at Brasstown Valley Resort in Young Harris. It was relaxing, and a great get away for our anniversary after such a stressful year. The staff is superior, friendly, and nice. Breakfast in the restaurant was so good and...social distance between tables and other mask for the employees made you feel completely at ease. They have updated rooms and our room had a balcony overlooking the woods, very secluded and peaceful. We will go again.More

Fantastic Food! This was our second visit to the seafood (Friday night) buffet. It was just as good this time. Smoked and grilled salmon were perfect. Oyster shots and fried shrimp were good as well. The bread pudding is the best we’ve ever had and...will be returning for the prime rib and brunch.More

We stayed in one of the cabins here! We had such a great long weekend in the mountains and loved the lake Chatuge area too. Just a beautiful setting in the mountains!

My wife and I stopped here for lunch and ate in the Brassies Grill. The food and service were both very good and it was a nice experience. We will be back.

My wife and I along with our daughter, son in law and our six year old Granddaughter just returned from a weekend stay in the lodge. We ate several meals in the restaurant. Really enjoyed eating our meals out on the deck overlooking the golf...course with the beautiful mountains as a backdrop. Food was delicious and our servers took good care of us. Breakfast buffet was very good. My wife always has to visit the Chef manning the “made to order” Omelette station. All the employees were very friendly and accommodating. Everyone was wearing a face mask and observing social distancing guidelines. Overall we had a very good experience.More

I seldom give reviews but tonight’s dinner was a big We have patronized the resort and its dining facilities there since the resort opened in late 1990’s. We’ve had numerous functions business and personal there through the years, evenly a wedding. Food has always been...excellent in the past We often would dine on Friday nights for the seafood buffet. We’ve been social distancing and haven’t done in much in the last 6 months. Tonight we went for dinner and enjoyed the outdoor seating. As we were seated we discovered we could not order from the menu, they only offered the Seafood buffet. Boiled shrimp was good, a little over cooked, seafood salad made with imitation crabmeat. Smoked trout was excellent. Raw oyster shooters were tasteless and obviously bulk not fresh off half shell and drowned with cocktail sauce. Lobster bisque soup was watery, would have been tasty but highly over salted. Mussels in a tomato sauce was average. Hush puppies and fried shrimp were obviously prepackaged frozen. Fried shrimp with heavy breading had been salted after frying like you would French fries. Couldn’t understand that? Hush puppies were dry. Chicken and Salmon entree were ok. Rice pilaf and sautéed vegetables, average as well. My husband said the beef at carving station was the best thing he tasted. The desert bar had about a third of the items we have previously seen. Bread pudding was excellent and my husband said the cobbler ala mode was also good. Cheesecake was obviously prepackaged presliced, kind you can get at Sam’s club. I detail all this to say that the Fri night seafood buffet that Brasstown has been known for many years was below the standards and a great disappointment More than that for the quality of food we feel we were highly overcharged at $32.95 per person, tea or coffee not included, we were charged $3 per cup for coffee. Sadly we have had better seafood meals at Red Lobster! Hoping this is a temporary setback - maybe due to COVID issues🤷🏻‍♀️More

$93 for two people for the buffet! Food wasn't hot. Chicken taste like rubber. I've paid half that much and have gotten much better food. Wow!

One of the best buffets anywhere, we drive two hours sometimes on Sunday to go to the buffet. Love Brasstown Valley, one of the best mountain resorts in the country!
