Food and staff are fantastic; however a few glitches. Two of us ate there for three nights. First night was fantastic-salmon and rib eye steak. Second night only received the duck breast but no leg/thigh-sorry but we are out of them. Still charged the full...$38. Third night again ordered the rib eye but served N Y Strip-sorry we are out of rib eye. Had to request the great biscuits. All food was fantastic, but with a few bumps in the road. Will certainly return.More

Food was excellent, service was excellent..and now the but...too expensive ..need more options if wanting to compete with the Copper door. On the Wed. Evening we were there, the dining room was empty except for two more diners. And BTW house wine was $9.00. It...is a beautiful facility and we really hope it will be able to stay open.More

Wow....fresh lobster. Sushi or lobster risotto with fresh asparagus and mushrooms cooked while you wait. an omelet bar + a egg roll bar. Fresh salmon, fresh prime rib ,delicious bisque plus all the breakfast fixing including fresh fruit at least 15 hot Buffet entrees. All-you-can-eat...includes coffee. This ranks right up there with Caffe Rel. And the chef is right there cooking for you. Huge table of dessert options. Best $50 I've spent in this area.More

We decided to celebrate Thanksgiving this year at a restaurant in town. I spent time looking for somewhere nice for my friends and family and decided on The Oaks. First let me say the service was great. Jenna made us laugh and was very attentive...to our needs. Also, the bartender, I’m sorry can’t remember his name, was also great. However, the food left much to be desired. What’s up with the tiny plates? Most everything was cold and over cooked. Meats were just plain bad. Vegetables tasted as if they had been sitting on a stove all day in water. I hope you will take this criticism and learn from it. The Oaks is really a nice restaurant with great potential...More

How wonderful it was for us to focus on our family time instead of standing over a stove for Thanksgiving. The chef prepared an outstanding feast of many choices and they had dessert creations to complete our dinner. We loved the idea of a family...style dinner so we could remain seated for dinner and not be up and down mixed with other people you do not know in a buffet line. It really made our day special, not ordinary like everyone else was doing in town. We love food and family and we had the best of both worlds. Thanks to Chef Adam and all of the staff that worked so hard to make this a special day!! Arthur, Sharon and ChristineMore

We had company coming from out of state and wanted to take them someplace nice with the buffet. We chose this restaurant. The only thing that was buffet was the desert. Everything else was delivered to your table on small plates family style. I have...to say that everything that came to our table was cold. Also the duck was terrible, the turkey was dry, the pork was dry, the prime rib was overcooked and the list goes on. I was embarrassed that we took my friends here and they were charged $42 per person. This was highly inappropriate for the food we were served and the fact that it was not a buffet but served family style in very small portions. We had to keep asking for refills on all the plates. There was also no butter on the table no sweetener. I have to say it was not well planned and the food was subpar. The room was nice but we did not come to eat the room. This was a great disappointment and embarrassment.More

We thoroughly enjoyed our breakfast experience at The Oaks! Our server, Jenna, put it over the top with her exceptional service and sweet personality, and our food was so flavorful and tasty. Breakfast restaurants can always be so hit-or-miss but trust this is a hit!...Great value and the renovations made it comfortable and clean environment. If you live in the area or when staying at The Ridges or visiting Hiawassee put The Oaks in your list. So good we will go back for Sunday Brunch! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️More

They have a large brunch buffet, all you care to eat, last time we went about two months ago, for about $30. May have changed since, though.
