We have been to Naganos many times. (usually get filet mignon and lobster tail) We have gone as a group of people, as a couple, and been as a family. We are never disappointed. It's fun to watch them cook your meal. The chef, we have had the same gentleman many times, is personable, makes jokes, entertains as he cooks... More

My husband and I ordered sushi carryout from Nagano, as we have in the past, and were very happy. The portions are good size, and the fish has always been very fresh. We have learned to call ahead, otherwise the wait can be long.

The hostess girl was very nice to me and was also my waitress. The decor was the regular Hibachi theme. I was there on a Thursday night and it was not very busy. It's in a shopping plaza. The food was pretty decent if I was ever back in the area I would probably eat there again if I felt... More

They are not that busy, so you can come right before they close and get in. Food preparation is fast. Food tastes great. They give you noodles in your soup and Sherbet Ice Cream at the end.

Japanese hibachi and sushi in an unfamiliar place can be scary at best. Hehehehe I nocked a homer in my first at bat! We went at 6:30 and there were just a few patrons so we had a table all to ourselves. Moooy romantic! The chef and the food are great, the fried rice is a must. They have a... More

Been twice and not impressed. Your meal consist of a soup, salad, 2 shrimp and your Hibachi. It is very pricy to begin with but it you try to veer from the menu the prices are ridiculous! $2,00 more for miso soup instead of chicken broth and several dollars more for fried rice. The portions are not that big either.... More

I've been to many Japanese Steakhouses and this one was not as good. It was ok and the chef does pretty much the same performance as the others I've seen, but the food didn't "wow" me at all. It needed more seasoning and flavor. I wasn't impressed and probably would not go again.

I've been going to this restaurant for 25 years, and have never had a bad experience. I always get the Filet Mignon, and my wife always gets a seafood dish. We always dine Habachi-style. We have taken friends there who tell me that their Sushi is also excellent.

Don't have a long line like Benihanas. Excellent food for the price. Great show and friendly atmosphere. Been there 3 times already for the steak and shrimp. Love the place and look forward to going there again. Definitely don't have to wait or sit down for a long while or getting scammed or having my car contents stolen by the... More

We go to Nagano because it is convenient and they have a function room in the back. The food is good, they have a full bar and sushi. The main problem is they need to fix their heating and air system. It is a constant war. I finally got up and changed the thermostat one evening, some thing I would... More
