Coffee and espresso available and good. If you are not from Jefferson, you may feel a bit left out. It is kind of an insiders place and they know a lot of folks from town. Had to threaten to leave once to get my coffee once paid for when the barrista got chatty and ignored me entirely. But that is... More

This is a cute place for early a.m to have coffee and relax. The coffee and sweets are good, but I think a little to expensive.

Cream and Shuga is a nice little home town coffee shop. Has a very laid back atmosphere and is decorated with cute signs throughout. I cant speak for the regular coffee but iced expresso drinks there are usually very good. They even serve food. I have had breakfast there and its really good. They also have lunch but have never... Great place for enjoying with friends or for a business meeting. The employees seemed to care and when I was there for a business meeting they didn't interupt.

Always friendly service with good breakfast foods and hot and cold beverages. I usually swing by for delicious croissants for my son and I before school.

Stopped in after dropping something off at the post office and was quite pleased! The place was PACKED! The coffee was dirt cheap and tasty, and the building had a pleasant, traditional, coffee-shop style atmosphere.

Wantta take a friend for a deep cup of coffee and a long conversation? Cream and Suga might be a great place for you. The coffee is great, served in a huge cup with a saucer. But it may get cold before you can dink it all. The desserts look great. Give it a try, you might really learn to... More

This shop is conveniently located downtown Jefferson, on a corner. I had been there once to have coffee with a friend. So imagine my surprise to pull in one Thur.morning after 9 am only to discover it was closed. There was no sign on the door to offer any explanation. I have since noticed it would be closed at odd... I enjoy this place for the most part, it certainly has a small town atmosphere. The tea and coffees are very good as another reviewer mentioned. Where it falls short is the portion size and the itemization. This place is only open for breakfast and lunch and it's saving grace is that there are few places to choose from in... More

After visiting here more than a few times, I have decided that it is the best place to get quality coffee in Jefferson. They have tasty items for breakfast and lunch, also!
