We were traveling from Atlanta to Columbia. This was great lunch stop!!!The food is good, the staff are so friendly, the service is fast and the atmosphere is perfect. We'll go back because we were too full to order buttermilk pie.

Two of us lunched here in August and while it was decent - nothing to rave about. Then my wife and three friends returned in Sept. for lunch and found it to be just OK. But they tried the buttermilk pie and found it to be excellent - so don't miss it if you visit there.

Accommodating staff did discount my bill since I was dissatisfied with food. The hot meal offerings not as good as the sandwiches.

Food was good (nothing special) and reasonably priced, especially the blue plate specials. Menu items about what you'd expect. Good friendly service. Buttermilk pie was good but not worth 3.99 a slice.

I had to wait a little bit but not too long. They were busy. My waitress was good and very knowledgeable. I had the vegetable plate with squash casserole, green beans, black eyed peas and cornbread. Very good. The vegetables tasted fresh. The waitress said the three veggie plate would fill me up. It did but not too much to... More

Had the Georgia peach drink and it is so good!!! Fried green tomatoes are very good, thin and crispy. Buttermilk pie is made in house and best eaten before your meal that way you can eat it all. I love desserts and theirs are awesome. Tried the chocolate walnut pie, very good, very rich. Great service. Quick lunch. Will definitely... More

When money is tight, I satisfy my wanderlust with road trips to small georgia towns near metro Atlanta. On one such trip, I saw the I-20 highway sign for Greensboro, GA and wondered what was there. Cute little downtown area. Noticed quite a few people coming out of a restaurant. Researched it later, found some good reviews, so returned today... More
