We have been several times and the food and service is not comparable to other venues in the area. I had the pot pie and it was too salty, I ate part of it. My wife had the turkey and she ate less than half of it. We had to ask or server for bread and drinks were not refilled.

A regular stop for us when we decide to go out at the last minute as they have a great choice of steaks, chicken, seafood, salads, and sandwiches. One disappointment is that they had the best Cobb salad around. It took it off the menu. Surprisingly good steaks for a chain restaurant. They have wonderful warm poppyseed rolls with cinnamon... Visited this Fatz for lunch on a busy Friday but we were served fairly quickly and with great attention from our server Jacob. We had a large group of 8 or so but we stilled were served efficiently. I ordered the Corned beef Reuben with fries and it was great. Very clean restaurant with great staff.

This love this location but Fatz as a franchise has been great to me. The food is phenomenal and I've never had bad service. I always order the shrimp and grits. The one time I didn't I came with my Mom and she paid. I highly recommend this location and franchise. They truly treat you like family and one day... More

We often take visitors to Fatz when we have them. It's usually very good food and decent service. However, the tables are sometimes sticky, although not from being dirty. It's just the finish on the tables that has worn out some. Also, the fried poppy seed rolls are excellent, unless the honey butter has been sitting in the cooler too... More

Menu has good variety of choices, and the little rolls are delicious with the honey-cinnamon butter. We had the calabash chicken, chicken pot pie, and pot roast pie. Although it was good, we thought most of our food was a little too salty. Service was very friendly, but this restaurant could use some updating. The carpet seems worn and dirty,... More

I like the salads and the little yummy muffin things you get, but the rest of the menu doesn't appeal to me too much. For the price, I'd rather go to Ouback or somewhere. The service is okay.
