I used to come to this restaurant as a child but it has been years. Was passing by on the way home from a trip and decided to stop by. The cheese biscuits were as good as I remember. Had the Hickory Burger which was...pretty standard but good and the French fries seemed fresh cut and delicious. Lots of choices on the menu. Service was a little slow but other than that everything was great.More

Stopped here twice for breakfast while visiting Dillard. The food was very good and reasonably priced. Our waitress, Krystal was very friendly and did worked hard to see that we were taken care of. Both days we were there, we had groups of at least...12 persons and the staff made sure we were taken care of.More

wife love homemade corn beef hash, menu says made in house, but looks and taste like right out of can. The sausage patty was very good. The service was good too. Pancakes were cold, butter would not even melt.

I was skeptical because there were so many options on the menu. EVERYTHING we ordered was fantastic!

After reading some reviews, we decided to try out covered café for a late lunch on our way back from our trip. We were very happy with our decision. We all had wonderful food that was made well, served quickly and hot, and tasted delicious....I enjoyed the blackened chicken with raspberry sauce. It was a little spicy but amazing! My son gobbled down the Irish corn beef & cabbage. My husband enjoyed his chicken fruit salad, & my other son enjoyed a cheeseburger & fries. Our waitress was great at taking care of us, & on top of everything. The deserts were truly amazing! We took a piece of French silk pie, banana pudding with the lovely meringue, & a huge piece of chocolate cake. It was all thoroughly enjoyed by us after we got home. This place is busy, and has a lot of good staff. The only issue was when we tried to buy some thing from their gift shop. They didn’t have someone available to wait on us right away and we waited a little longer than we would’ve liked because they were so busy. All in all, we had a fantastic visit, and we will be back again!More

The menu here is pretty big, so it was great having such a variety to choose from - I've eaten here for dinner a while back too, but this time I was here for brunch and it was just as good! Our waitress was so...friendly and attentive, the gift shop quite sizable with really cute stuff, I haven't tried anything at the bakery but everything on display looked delicious, this is an excellent alternative to the Dillard House because of the price and food quality, etc....More

If you love daily specials, friendly staff, generous portions, and delicious homestyle flavors, stop here for your next meal. I've eaten here twice and had a great experience each time. They also have a deli, sweet shop, and gift shop. An all around great experience.

Good country food, good service & reasonably priced. Quick in & out for lunch. On a main highway, can’t miss. Purchased 2 desserts to go, yummy 😋 Only wished they would let you order 2 half orders of entree, wanted to try both beef &...chicken livers. Have a gift shop attached. Looking forward to going backMore
