My sister and I went for a late breakfast on a Monday morning (they serve breakfast all day) and it was really good. I had the breakfast plate with eggs, bacon and 2 large pancakes. My sister had the same except she had fried potatoes...and a biscuit. All was really good, except the biscuit didn't taste homemade. Prices are really good for the amount of food you get. Service was fast and friendly.More

This is small cafe. The service was good, staff friendly, good amazing and the price couldn't be beat. We had breakfast there two days in a row. They have the best breakfast sausage, locally sourced. We have joked about riding down there for lunch one...day because their specials looked great. Nothing fancy, but delicious food.More

In the old days, we used to stop in her frequently for lunch. It’s been a couple of years, but I’m happy to say the food was every bit as good as we remembered. All four of us had breakfast for lunch. The inlets were...huge, the sausage local, the potatoes to die for, and the biscuits big and warm. To top it all off, we had blackberry cobbler and Sugar Daddy pies. OMG- the pie alone is worth stopping for!More

Ate breakfast both days we were in the area. Nothing fancy, just plenty of good food for a good price. Coffee was hot, place was clean and it has a little history to it as well.

Biscuits and gravy are great! Nice people and adequate dining area with shops next door. Family atmosphere and not hurried to get you out the door to seat more people.

Don't let the appearance scare you away. Out looks like a shack, and inside is very plain. HOWEVER, the food & prices are amazing. Very friendly staff. Everything is homemade. My wife had poached eggs, sausage and pecan pancakes. ( Breakfast is available all day). She...lived everything and actually bought some home since the portions are so big. I had a patty melt with hand cut fries. Delicious. The desserts are home made and my wife had the blackberry cobbler. It was wonderful. On the day we visited the special was sausage stuffed chicken with 2 sides, dessert and coffee/tea for $6.99!!!!! Don't miss this hidden gem. Highly recommendMore

You won't find a better meal in the area, regardless of price. in you are into fancy surroundings, go spend a lot of money elsewhere, and the food is not as good. This is where the locals eat. Big portions - you can't eat the...whole Blue Plate special - you will take the desert to go.More
