Three of us ate at Grand Lake, and I ordered chicken chow mein. The taste was okay, but it was short on chicken. One of the other diners ordered won ton soup and it was so salty she sent it back. Sorry, Grand Lake, you were not up to my expectations.

New to this area so used trip advisor to find this place. Loved it. Decorated lovely food was authentic dim sum was delectable as was the duck my husband ordered. I really enjoyed my beef in baby bok choy and will be returning for it again. Extensive vegetarian menu to make my daughter happy.

We have ordered delivery and takeout. Sometimes the food is tasty but more often than not, it's really bad.

Poor service and bad attitude can't make up for mediocre food at best. Food served not fresh swimming in grease when I complained the waitress asked if I wanted it microwaved. Sent it back but never removed from bill. If I wanted microwaved food I'd go to Macdonalds or Burger King !

If you want great Chinese food, this is it! On Sundays, it's Dim Sum and filled with Chinese folks. The restaurant delivers so we often opt for Sunday delivery service. I love the Sesame noodles, Szechuan wonton appetizers. The Peking Duck is always excellent as is the Orange beef. Honestly, I've probably tried almost everything on the menu and all... More

Have eaten here a few times this year--all good!! Took 2 1/2 yrs of looking before I discovered Grand Lake. The equal to Hong Kong BBQ in Tamarack and in a better environment. Far better than any of the other Chinese restaurants that offer "wannabe" Dim Sum. Grand Lake's Dim Sum menu is extensive and authentic. Well worth the trip.

Looked like a Good place but did not have time to dine in. We ordered takeout chicken dishes - the chicken with cashews was great. The spring rolls and egg roles were hot, crispy and totally delicious. Nice people.

My wife and I went for dinner on a fairly busy Saturday evening. Because of the huge dining area (as compared to most strip mall Asian restaurants),it appeared to be less busy than it actually was. On the other hand maybe I'm just making an excuse for the waiter who never brought my wife her glass of wine. And to... More

This turned out to be a$100 lunch for my family and that was too much. Normally, it's not nearly that much and we pretty much ordered the same stuff in other dim sum places. Anyway, that's not an issue except we didn't think the food was that great to justify it. The portions were small too... Like an entree dish... More
