I previously had two poor visits to this location and thought, what the heck. Well the third time was not a CHARM. The service is below average, the children working there seem to lack training in customer service, among other things. The food is average and overpriced. ATTENTION EMS AND FIRE-SERVICE,DONT GO THERE IF YOUR IN A HURRY. They apparently dont care... More

Went here twice last month while in Sarasota on vacation. The first day, after a day as the beach, we were taken care of by the manager. Very nice polite service. My hubby is kind of fussy, so it helped him pick out the best sub for him. They have a set list of items that go on the sandwiches,... More

This was our first time in a Firehouse Subs restaurant. While the service was top notch and the store was very clean, the subs are not anything to write home about. They were not piled high with meat as the commercials claim. They don't seem to have as many toppings to offer as other sub shops do, nor do they... More

We visited for lunch and the subs were delicious. The buns were soft and fresh. Well cooked and just tasty. The service was great and the staff were friendly with an amazing sense of humor. Two thumbs up!

The cold cuts are not the best in the area; however, the drive through subs is a nice plus to have versus not having lunch at all.

Great sandwiches. They have a list of sub's but will also do it your way. Friendly staff and very clean place.

Don't waster your time here. Very rude service and that was from a person with a management name tag. Both sandwiches we ordered were nothing more than mediocre. This was the first time we have been to Firehouse after living here for 2 years and it will surely be the last. Sarasota has many excellent food establishments that truly value... More

We try lots of sub shops and thought this looked good but if your used to Subway you will find this takes longer costs more and has less choice. We went when they were maybe 20 percent full and I have never waited so long for a sub especially when we ordered their most popular Hook and Ladder fully involved.... More

Been going here for a few years and always good. Getting a bit pricy but quality is still the same so I pay a little more for good food. Very worth going out of your way for. Give it a try you will be a regular.
