Great seafood, wonderful wine selection, terrific location. They have gluten free pita bread! Prices are spot on for the value and quality of the meal. Don't miss this place. A little bit of Green in the Circle. Very authentic!

Food was well executed.giant beens were flavorful and octopus was OK(I prefer more charred on the outside, this one consistency was on the rubbery side but flavor was right) Lamb kebab and chicken skewers both good . Sides are small, not what you expect on...More

Wow. If you like fresh fish this is the place. Spirit and his wife are great hosts. They bring a huge tray of freshly caught fish to the table. You pick the type you want and off they go. They grill it beautifully, then it...More

We had an immemorial lunch. They made what can best be described as a marketing error. The soup of the day, priced $3 less than the egg lemon soup, was not available for lunch, only the more expensive, and it turned out, salty avgolemono, which...More

Description
Blu Kouzina is bringing its signature, wholesome Greek cooking to the Sunshine State after gracing for the past five years Singapore's culinary scene. The acclaimed restaurant, born out of the founders' passion for the food of their native Greece and their love of sharing a hearty, family meal with friends, has set up a second home in Sarasota. Fresh and quality ingredients, mostly grown organically, and sourced from well established, local producers are used in dishes that are both traditional and creatively contemporary. What remains uniquely Greek and genuine are the flavors and the scents of extra virgin olive oil, fresh fish or succulent lamb that will take you on a journey from a beach-side taverna to a rural mezze shop, where platters are shared among family and friends, sometimes amid heated arguments.
