My favorite sandwich from Firehouse is the Club on a Sub. You can't go wrong with Turkey, Ham, and Bacon. Have it fully involved and enjoy the fresh steaming of the entire sandwich!

This Firehouse is super clean and has delicious subs. We had the Philly cheese, meatball and brisket subs- all were great. Most of all, the service is superb! The staff were wonderful and even put the pickles on a separate plate for the sole pickle lover in our group!

Service was slow, food was crappy (I got it to go and 5 minutes after I left and went to eat my sandwich it was soaking wet, found out later they are supposed to drain it when it comes out... More

Exceptional subs every time. The new York steamer is excellent and the barbecue brisket is to die for. Friendly staff and great service. Never have been disappointed. The best in Sarasota, hands down.

Firehouse Subs, founded in Jacksonville, Fla. by former firefighting brothers Chris Sorensen and Robin Sorensen, is a 426-unit fast casual restaurant chain. Firehouse Subs® offers oversized portions of premium hand-sliced meats and cheeses, steamed to make the flavors burst, then piled high with fresh produce atop a toasted sub roll. The restaurants reflect the authentic firefighter heritage of the founding family’s 200 years of firefighting service.
