Sausage gravy over biscuits l didn't think anyone's was better than mine. This one just might do it. The French toast was simple but very good. We will go back every time we visit

We always stop at the Sanibel Cafe for breakfast on our trips to Sanibel. Staff is friendly and food is delicious. The offerings have a danish flair. The tables are decorated by an artist -- interesting to see.
Went here for breakfast and lunch. When we went for breakfast order was wrong, but ended up being fine, pet peeve when servers don't write down your order. Went for lunch and also yummy.Loved the decor and shell tables
Stopped here on the recommendation of someone at the pool. A pleasant surprise! The food was excellent - especially the Chicken BLT - and the service was prompt & friendly. We'll definitely be back.
